General Description: We are a medium-sized primary care pediatric practice in North Andover looking to expand our integrated behavioral health offerings. We seek a candidate interested in a combination of both testing and longitudinal behavioral/psychological intervention who wants to work full time at a competitive salary in a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting.
The clinician will consult with medical staff in the practice on behavioral management, and help coordinate behavioral health referrals to services outside the practice. The candidate should be passionate about providing patient-centered care and should be willing to make quality improvements to best serve our pediatric patients.

Position Requirements:
- Independent licensure to practice in the state of Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Interest in working with a diverse underserved patient population.
- Experience in integrated behavioral health.
- Experience in HR laws and supervising BH professionals.
- At least two years of experience in infant and early childhood (0-5 year) preventative behavioral health and/or treating children and adolescents with behavioral health disorders such as anxiety, depression and ADHD.
- Interest and experience providing goal-directed therapy such as solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and/or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
- Ability to document and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, primary care office.
- Sincere interest and love of working with children and families to help them achieve goals, improve overall health, and participate in a healthy lifestyle.
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive Behavioral Health program vision and implementation within the practice.
- Supervise all Behavioral Health Clinicians and one Behavioral Health Care Coordinator, both clinically and administratively.
- Work with practice leadership to further the success of our Integrated Behavioral Health Program.
- Organize and run regular Behavioral Health meetings.
- Continue to ensure the Behavioral Health program is sustainable.
- Hire of any new Behavioral Health staff.
- Continue to monitor and adjust as needed any Behavioral Health workflows.
- Provide evidence-based child development and behavioral consultations and brief interventions (individual, family, and group settings).
- Be available for consultation to our medical providers.
- Provide timely documentation of progress notes and communication within the electronic medical record (Epic).
- Provide educational services to providers, staff and families as needed.
- Contribute and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
