Outpatient Mental Health Clinician(LICSW/LMHC)WOBURN -- Full Time

We’re actively seeking a talented licensed outpatient clinician to join our team working in a unique and expanding pediatric mental health practice setting within Woburn Pediatric Psychological Services. This clinician will participate in direct patient care including evaluations, therapy, parent guidance, consultation, and treatment planning. Medical Assistant/CMA – Woburn & North Andover – 40-hrs/week ($1,000 Sign-On Bonus!)

As a member of our Medical Assistant team, you’ll provide quality support to patients by assisting assigned provider(s) with the daily tasks associated with outpatient office visits: pre-visit prep, exam room readiness, and vitals/medical history updates prior to the provider exam. Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant – Woburn – 40-hrs/week

This position is primarily located in our Woburn office and requires the flexibility to occasionally work in our North Andover office. The schedule is Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, with just one day/week (either Tues or Thurs) until close (6:30pm). Must be available to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month (shorter-days) and the ability to work several 'minor' holidays (also shorter days). We are open on weekends & some holidays for sick appointments & newborn visits. Saturdays & Sundays are shorter-hour days and include a $3.00/hr weekend differential.

Working in a team environment, you will help to ensure smooth daily operations of our busy clinical lab by:

  • Obtaining specimens for testing through blood draws and other methods for processing & testing in our in-house laboratory.
  • Following established lab procedures for specimen handling & processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test results.
  • Ensuring test results are properly entered into Epic (EMR system) and made available in a timely manner to the ordering Provider.

Experience/Education:  1+ years of phlebotomy experience and a High School degree or GED are required. Pediatric & clinical lab experience strongly preferred but not required.

General Description:

The Medical Home Care Coordinator (MHCC) works on a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a pediatric primary care setting. S/he will focus on providing care management services and developing care plans addressing social, financial, and behavioral barriers to care for patients/families/caregivers identified at greater risk for poor outcomes. The MHCC will also have a lead role within the practice to provide patients and families/caregivers optimal care coordination services as indicated.

Summary of Duties:

Care Coordination

  • Assist patients/families/caregivers with navigating the healthcare system and promote patient/family/caregiver self-care and advocacy
  • Coordinate services and follow-up for patients/families/caregivers with social determinants of health needs
