General Description: We are a medium-sized primary care pediatric practice in North Andover looking to expand our integrated behavioral health offerings. We seek a candidate interested in a combination of both testing and longitudinal behavioral/psychological intervention who wants to work full time at a competitive salary in a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting.
The clinician will consult with medical staff in the practice on behavioral management, and help coordinate behavioral health referrals to services outside the practice. The candidate should be passionate about providing patient-centered care and should be willing to make quality improvements to best serve our pediatric patients.

- Support clinic operations as a flexible, reliable team member
Billing & Revenue Support
- Identify outstanding patient balances using Epic reports
- Reconcile accounts by adding insurance or collecting balances by phone
- Review Revenue Cycle Dashboard and self-pay balances
- Pre-scrub schedules to resolve missing insurance prior to visits
- Serve as a liaison between patients and billing contacts
Care Coordination & Panel Management
- Run monthly Epic reports to identify patients due for well visits and outreach to schedule
- Follow PPOC guidelines for patient inactivation when appropriate
- Generate and mail certified inactivation letters and upload documentation
- Conduct patient outreach via MyChart and SolutionReach
- Coordinate with PCPs, front desk staff, and leadership teams to schedule overdue or hard-to-reach patients
- Close the loop on internal and external referrals
- Support population health and quality initiatives
Qualifications
EPIC experience preferred
